Spacious rooms with excellent storage and cleanliness.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that overshadowed the positives. The bed situation was uncomfortable with two twin beds pushed together, creating a gap in the middle that made sleeping difficult. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities, such as soap or coffee replacements, and although the staff was helpful, the absence of these comfort items was disappointing given the price paid.

We had an amazing stay with friends! The location was perfect, only a short walk to major attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful, and our apartment was clean and well-equipped. We loved relaxing in the spacious room after a day of exploring historic sites like St Stephen's Cathedral and the bustling Ringstrasse. Definitely recommending this place!

However, we faced an issue with noise due to the windows not shutting properly. It affected our sleep, and despite informing the front desk, no action was taken during our stay.

Make sure to ask for the on-site laundry facilities. they're a real asset for longer stays in the heart of Vienna.

Located just steps from the main attractions, the apartment was in a great spot for exploring. The kitchenette was well equipped, which added convenience for meals. However, the walls were quite thin, leading to noise disturbances at times, and the bed was less comfortable than expected. Additionally, the limited housekeeping left room for improvement.
